The vision that inspires the art

Mireille Botros is a British-Egyptian self-taught painter based in Saltaire, Yorkshire. An emerging artist, she explores the relationship between human emotion, colour, and the expressive form. Working primarily in oils, she uses vibrant tones to paint her subjects, mainly portraits and figures, though she occasionally paints still life or animals when she feels like it.

Mireille is also an educator, founder of Studio Botros and a community builder, founder of Creative Social Saltaire.
