Returns and Refunds

• Returns: We accept returns on original paintings and prints within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unframed (unless sold with a frame), and in the original packaging for the return to be accepted.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

• Workshop Refunds: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the workshop date, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. As places are limited, refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop. Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or commissioned artwork, and prints made to order, are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
