Working closely with you, I craft each piece with care, using rich colors to reflect your personal connection to the subject matter. Whether it’s a portrait of a loved one, a place full of memories or a pet that holds a special place in your heart, you’ll end up with a meaningful, timeless artwork that you'll treasure for years to come and may be even hand down to loved ones.

Small paintings start from £200 via bank transfer (50% Down payment upfront).

How does the process work?

  • Free Consultation: Contact me via the form below, via email mireille@mireillebotrosart.com or via instagram @mireillebotrosart asking for a free consultation for a commission

  • Discuss Your Ideas: During the consulation we will discuss the subject of your artwork, what it means to you, the size, the mood you want to portray and your budget. I will guide the conversation.

  • Pricing & Timeline: I’ll follow up with a personalised quote and lead time based on your requirements

  • Commission Agreement: Once you are happy to proceed, I will ask you to review and sign the commission agreement which lists all your requirements and other terms.

  • Down payment: Once agreement has been signed, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required with the remaining 50% to be paid when the artwork is complete before it is shipped

  • Initial Sketch: An initial sketch will be shared in order to provide confirmation that your requests and ideas have been incorporated

  • Your Painting: You will receive a notification when your artwork is ready along with a photo. Only minor modification requests will be incorporated in order to protect the artistic integrity

  • Shipping: Once final payment is made, your artwork will be shipped along with a Certificate of Authenticity

    *Any import taxes/duties to be paid by client

    *Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, commissions are not generally eligible for return or refund once work has commenced, subject to applicable consumer rights.
